Many of the engravings were reprinted in  Daniel King's, 'The Cathedrall and Conventuall Churches of England and Wales',  1672; so from either of these cut to plate laid  paper  £45  short margins . .  printed that way Page size 35 x 22.5 cm edge tear in margin
