"Geographia" Plan of Greater London. London: "Geographia" Ltd. 55 Fleet Street, London, E.C.4.  1940's

(Huge Overall measurements: 139 x 133 cm ie NOT the standard small cheap version 15 + 5 fractions of sheets backed to linen ). Large colour  ( tubes etc) added folding map of Greater London Blue cloth and publisher's title labels to folded end sections. This map is based upon the Ordnance Survey map with the sanction of the Controller of H.M. Stationery Office. Geographia moved from 55 Fleet Street to no. 167 c.1942 and then to no.144 in c.1960. This is a transitional map with the 55 Fleet adress to the base right corner and then the 167 in the centre so an overprint of the earlier map £125 inc delivery stunning in an office
